In order to be eligible, you must:

1. have a business functioning in Singapore that is registered

2. possess a minimum of 30% local equity

3. Be able to start and finish the project with enough money.


Additionally, if you are from a large organization, your group holdings or organization should

1. have annual revenue of less than $100 million

2. employ no more than 200 people.
