Assessments of management consultants will include a variety of topics, including educational background, professional experience, knowledge of the sector, consulting abilities, interpersonal skills, and ethics.

TÜV SÜD bases its certification on a student's academic achievements, professional consulting experience, and customer recommendations.

Minimum Degree

Minimum 1800 to 2000 hours of consulting in the last three years

Submit at least 3/5 of the project write-ups from the last 3 years' worth of consulting projects.

a minimum of five favourable client testimonials from consulting work finished in the last three years

within 18 months after receiving the ESCMC certification, to earn the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Team Leadership

NOTE: Any course or degree application that satisfies the requirements for the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Team Leadership must be reviewed and approved.
